Shipping & Returns

We ship within the United States including Alaska an Hawaii. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and locations. All items are shipped by USPS via First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Craft Boutique is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by USPS once the parcel has left our store.

International Shipping

At this time we cannot process international orders on our online store. If you are interested in our products, please email us at craftboutique@gmail.com.

Sales Tax

Craft Boutique does charge 8.25% sales tax for purchases shipped to the state of Texas.

Payments

We currently only accept payments via PayPal.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the items. Items must be in new and unused condition. Please contact us prior to returning the items, we recommend you use delivery confirmation for tracking as we do not issue refunds nor exchanges unless the items are received and in resalable condition.

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs associated with return and exchange items. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the products, original cost of shipping are not refundable.
